Ryan Hickey

Ryan, in his current role as the Risk Manager for Neighborhood Health Center, a 501(c)3 nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), offers valuable experience to the Bridges to Change board.

With a background in Behavioral Health, he has contributed to various settings, including Sober Living Environments, Substance-Use/Mental Health PHP, and IOP programs.

Ryan is excited to join the Bridges to Change board, leveraging his professional and personal experience with recovery to benefit those in need. His commitment to making a positive impact holds parallel values with the mission of Bridges to Change.

Aubrey Johnson is a graduate from Portland State University with dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Management and Human Resource Management. After a decade of working with leaders of national service providers, aspiring small businesses, and community-focused non-profit organizations, Aubrey emerges as a highly accomplished business strategist and mentor.

She is the CEO Founder of Hey Babs where she provides leaders and their teams with the clarity they need to navigate through challenges, attain stability, optimize operations, and foster sustainable growth within their business.

She is grounded in personal core values of being honest, fair, and kind in all situations. Aubrey takes great pride in consistently performing at a high level, expanding her knowledge, and investing in others to support their growth and development.

Quisha Light

Quisha Light is originally from Memphis, Tennessee. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Third World Studies before attending law school and practicing law for seven years in Tennessee.

In 2007, Quisha and her family moved to Eugene, Oregon, and later relocated to Portland in 2011. In 2012, she joined Portland General Electric, where she now works as a Project Manager.

Quisha has a longstanding passion for supporting individuals facing addiction and mental health challenges, inspired by her early work in Tennessee. She believes strongly in the mission of organizations like Bridges to Change, which offer people the support and encouragement they need to take the next step toward a better life.

She is proud to be part of this important work and is committed to helping ensure that Bridges to Change continues to be a powerful force for transformation in the community.

Candace Dunn

Candace Dunn is a dynamic leader with over 15 years of experience in business marketing and growth. She currently serves as the Director of Learning and Development at Project Homeless Connect and works as a consultant, focusing on both professional and personal development.

Candace is deeply committed to community impact, with a strong record of volunteer service through local nonprofits, boards, and committees—all centered around improving lives and creating lasting change. Since becoming a licensed realtor in 2015, she has successfully built and expanded her business, while also contributing her time and expertise as a committee member with the Women’s Council of Realtors.

Whether through her leadership roles, community work, or one-on-one consulting, Candace is dedicated to empowering others and helping communities thrive.
