Bridges to Change to Host its 3rd Annual PDX Recovery Film Festival at Revolution Hall
Join us for our 3rd annual PDX Recovery Film Festival, October 1st at Revolution Hall in Portland, OR! This annual event showcases winning short films submitted from across the United States and United Kingdom to promote awareness of addictions, mental health issues and homelessness in a creative and impactful way. Bridges to Change hosts this event to support its mission to provide housing to those who need it most, support recovery through the lens of lived experience, promote well- being through behavioral health services, and advocate for those who systems have ignored.
This event is hosted on the heels of September’s Recovery Month, providing attendees with an afternoon of entertainment that also increases visibility of the experience of homelessness, recovery, and mental health that may otherwise be minimized in popular media. With over 300 films already submitted and entering the selection process, this event will certainly be a showstopper!
